Tasks and Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Enhancing the institutional integration of the sustainability portfolio by aligning the university’s initiatives with global sustainability ranking indicators such as the (SDGs Impact Rankings), and preparing periodic reports related to them according to internationally recognized methodologies.
Managing the global rankings portfolio strategically, such as (QS, THE, Shanghai), by monitoring their requirements and planning participation in accordance with the university’s competitive priorities.
Building a centralized data system for rankings that includes data collection, auditing, documentation, and quality verification in coordination with academic and administrative units, and ensuring submission within specified timelines.
Systematically analyzing global ranking results and deriving performance gaps, and developing improvement plans based on measurable quantitative indicators (KPIs).
Enhancing institutional research performance through coordination with colleges to improve the quality of scientific output, increase citations, and enhance publication in high-impact journals, in line with global ranking standards.
Activating multi-unit institutional integration through coordination with:
• International Relations (for international collaboration and academic reputation).
• Admission and Registration (for student and international student data).
• Human Resources (for faculty data).
• Scientific Research (for scientific output and bibliometric indicators).
Developing periodic reports and dashboards to monitor the university’s performance in global rankings, and submitting them to senior management to support decision-making.
Promoting institutional awareness of ranking culture by conducting training workshops for colleges and units on ranking mechanisms and requirements.
