Tasks and Responsibilities
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the institutional excellence system at the university by adopting and implementing best global practices in quality and excellence, in a manner that enhances institutional performance and competitive sustainability.
- Managing the institutional awards portfolio locally and internationally through:
• Identifying suitable strategic awards.
• Preparing nomination files in accordance with approved standards.
• Following up on evaluations and analyzing their results to enhance winning opportunities. - Applying global institutional excellence models such as the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), and adapting them to the university environment, including:
• Evaluating institutional performance according to excellence criteria.
• Conducting Self-Assessment.
• Identifying performance gaps and developing improvement plans.
- Linking final reports of university-level performance indicators and following up on their achievement periodically.
- Promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the university through:
Conducting training workshops and awareness programs.
• Disseminating best institutional practices.
• Encouraging institutional innovation. - Preparing periodic reports and dashboards to measure the level of progress in implementing excellence standards, and submitting them to senior management to support decision-making.
