• Administrative and Academic Quality Department.
• Training Department.
• Information and Studies Department. - Developing and implementing the university’s internal quality assurance system.
- Developing and updating the university’s internal quality manuals.
- Measuring and analyzing academic and administrative performance.
- Following up on internal audit processes.
- Following up on improvement plans.
- Monitoring institutional performance indicators.
- Promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Preparing quality-related studies and statistical reports for senior management.
- Supervising training programs related to quality and institutional excellence.
