Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Participating in the preparation of the university’s strategic plan in cooperation with the senior university administration and all organizational units.
2. Supervising the formulation of the university’s vision, mission, and values, and reviewing them periodically.
3. Supervising and following up on the identification of strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Following up on the implementation of the annual operational plans derived from the strategic plan.
5. Preparing strategic performance reports and measuring the extent of progress in achieving objectives.
6. Following up on the electronic Strategic Plan Management System platform.
7. Conducting environmental analysis such as (SWOT, PESTEL) to support the planning process.
8. Aligning plans with national higher education strategies.
9. Supervising the development of institutional policies and following up on their preparation and updating within organizational units.
10. Conducting training courses and workshops for liaison officers in colleges and organizational units on the strategic plan and policies.
11. Following up on faculty members’ participation forms in conferences, extracting their data, and the academic identifiers attached to the forms.
