General Tasks of the Directorate

1. Supervising the coordination and follow-up of work among the different departments within the directorate:
   • Academic Accreditation Department.
   • Strategic Planning and Policies Department.
   • Risk Management Department.
2. Supervising all academic accreditation processes (local and international) and monitoring compliance with its standards.
3. Supervising all classification processes and monitoring compliance with their standards.
4. Supervising the implementation and follow-up of the university’s strategic plan in alignment with its mission and vision.
5. Developing an integrated risk management system at the university.
6. Supporting colleges and academic programs in fulfilling quality and accreditation requirements.
7. Preparing periodic reports for senior management on performance indicators and compliance with accreditation and planning standards.
8. Updating electronic systems related to academic accreditation and the strategic plan.
