The establishment of quality and academic R & D center in the academic year 2012 after it was modified the name of the former Centre "improve the performance of faculty" center, which was established in 2003 to be a center that combines quality and development, has coincided establishment of this center vision, mission and objectives developed and updated with the start of implementation of the plan strategic University for the year 2011/2012 and to actively contribute to the achievement of emanating from the mission and vision of the university's goals.
